Forgot Password Forgot your password? Login to your account and select "Forgot your password?" You will be asked a series of security questions, your password will be reset, and a new password will be sent to your email address of record.
Change Password
If you wish to reset your password, login to your Rydex account and select the “Change Password” option at the top of the screen. Your password must contain at least five characters and be no longer than 10 characters. It must also contain at least one capital letter and one number. Do not include any spaces and/or any of the following characters !@#$%^&*()+=?/\|<>.,';:{}[]- in your password. Remember, Rydex account passwords ARE case sensitive.
Account Lock Out
For security reasons, Rydex will automatically lock your account after three failed login attempts. When this happens, you must contact the Rydex Web Help Desk Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST at 800.487.9339. You will be asked a series of security questions, your password will be reset and a new password will be sent to your email address of record.
